On Friday I went to the DVD shop in Serasop.  We bought a new dvd called Despicable Me 2.  It was really funny.
On Saturday Delilah, Tadhg and I got our hair cut.  Tadhg had to go to the boy's salon while Delilah and I went to the girl's salon together.  I like my new hair cut a lot.
Yesterday was Sunday and we went to the supermarket.  Gus enjoyed riding in the shopping trolley and pulling things off the shelves!

What a busy weekend!

Hi everyone!
Wow, what a busy weekend our family has had.  My brother came all the way from New Zealand to visit us in Brunei!  We took him to our favourite places in Bandar Seri Begawan.

The Minister of Education!

This term we have been very lucky at Sekolah Rendah Tanah Jambu.  We had the Minister of Education visit our school.  

Look at the photos and write a story about what you remember about his visit to our wonderful school.  Did you get a chance to talk to the minister?  Were you nervous when he visited your classroom?  I was very nervous to teach in front of so many important people!

First I am going to have a yummy breakfast, then I am going to go to the beach.  Next I will play football with my children and finally I will go swimming.

My House

In PRA we have been learning about houses.  We used posters, flash cards and language activities to learn the key vocabulary.  We also had some fun building our own houses and talking to our friends in English about what we had created!
